The Red Devils have a 0-3-0 record against the Buccaneers. They last met in 2019 with Hoover winning by a score of 17-14. Central Phenix City returns 7A All-State Senior running back Jaxton Carson. He was named to the honorable mention team last season. The Red Devils also return Junior receiver Justyn Ross. He was named to the second team.
